ATS Keyword Optimization: AI से keywords लगाएं, stuffing नहीं

Job description से resume keywords निकालना, priority तय करना और उन्हें natural तरीके से resume में रखना सीखें.

  1. Must-have keywords और nice-to-have words अलग करें

    JD में repeated word हमेशा important नहीं होता. AI से skills, tools, responsibilities, domain terms और seniority signals अलग करवाएं.

    Prompt to use: इस JD से keywords निकालें और उन्हें required skill, preferred skill, tool, domain term, responsibility या seniority signal में classify करें. Importance के हिसाब से rank करें.

  2. Keywords को evidence से जोड़ें

    Keyword skills section में parsing के लिए मदद करता है, लेकिन bullet में real project या result के साथ आए तो ज्यादा credible होता है.

    Prompt to use: हर priority keyword को मेरी real experience से map करें. अगर evidence नहीं है तो gap mark करें, resume में force न करें.

  3. AI rewrite से पहले keyword checklist बनाएं

    AI से resume rewrite कराने से पहले हर important JD term के लिए exact term, local wording, proof source, target section और unsupported-claim risk लिखें. यह ATS English resume या bilingual resume बनाते समय खास तौर पर जरूरी है.

    Prompt to use: एक AI CV keyword checklist बनाएं: JD term, natural English/Hindi wording, resume evidence, target section, और risk अगर proof missing है.
    Example wording: JD term: stakeholder reporting. Natural wording: weekly stakeholder updates. Evidence: customer issue dashboard. Target section: experience.

  4. Optimization के बाद readability check करें

    Resume ATS में parse हो सकता है, फिर भी recruiter को weak लग सकता है. Final version को loud read करने पर natural लगना चाहिए.

    Prompt to use: इस resume को keyword stuffing के लिए audit करें. Required terms रखें, repetition हटाएं और हर bullet को recruiter-friendly बनाएं.
